Return Policy

We understand that it's difficult to purchase items based on photos and descriptions alone. If you are not happy please let us know within 10 days.  If you will need to send the item back,  you will have to pay for the return shipping, and we can either issue a refund or offer you an exchange.*** All items returned, whether for exchange or refund, are subject to a 15% handling fee. This fee is to cover our shipping costs.

The item(s) must be returned to Kikay Bags & Stuff within 21 days (returns will not be accepted after 21 days) in its original condition complete with all tags and all packaging (including for faulty items), items should also be packaged suitably for return, items that return back damaged will not be refunded and return of these items to the customer will be at the customers cost.

All items dispatched from Kikay Bags & Stuff are inspected before dispatch, we will not refund items that have been tampered with, had the tags removed or have been used. We also suggest that you return items via Registered Mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

Lost in transit items from Kikay Bags & Stuff will be investigated and claimed for by Kikay Bags & Stuff who will then settle once loss is not in doubt.
